Shelly has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Psychology/Counseling. She has worked for more than 30 years in the field of aging and disabilities, including a position with the State of Texas as a Medicaid surveyor, and 13 years as Director of Quality Assurance for a private provider in the field of IDD services.
