Our Admission Process

Have your benefits information ready – we will handle the verification of benefits and help you understand what treatment will cost and what portion your insurance will cover. It is our goal to make this process as stress-free, simple, and straightforward as possible. You can also verify your insurance benefits online here.

During this initial conversation, we will answer any questions you have about detox, treatment, and aftercare. Our compassionate admissions counselors will also ask you some questions to ensure we connect you with the treatment you need. Following admission, our clinical team will create an individualized treatment plan for you or your loved one.

We will also discuss travel arrangements to our facility in Lubbock to ensure a smooth transition into our care.
