Dr. Cherye Callegan - MD
Medical Director, Psychiatrist
Dr. Cherye Callegan has been working in the field of addiction for more than 30 years. She served as the Medical Director of Sundown Ranch from 2001 until 2018. Prior to joining Sundown Ranch, she served as the Medical Director of Substance Abuse Services at both Green Oaks Hospital and Timberlawn Psychiatric Hospital. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Psychiatry and Addiction. Dr. Callegan is a diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. In 2006 and again in 2009, Dr. Callegan was named America's Top Psychiatrist by the Consumer Research Community of America. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults with addiction issues and trauma.

Keisha Jones - MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Director of Medical Services, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Director of Nursing
Keisha Jones comes to The Ranch at Dove Tree with varied experiences in critical and psychiatric care. She believes that helping others is her true calling. She began her career in 2006 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and achieved her Registered Nursing license in 2007. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University with her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing in 2016 and graduated in May of 2019 with her Master's in Science of Nursing with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her nursing background includes 10 years of Critical Care and six years in Behavioral Health. She is currently the Director of Medical Services/ Director of Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner at The Ranch at Dove Tree where she has been for more than three years. As the director of medical services, she supervises nursing staff along with ensuring patient safety and excellent patient care. Keisha plans to remain at RDT as she has a passion for helping and advocating for those in recovery.
