Keisha Jones comes to The Ranch at Dove Tree with varied experiences in critical and psychiatric care. She believes that helping others is her true calling. She began her career in 2006 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and achieved her Registered Nursing license in 2007. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University with her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing in 2016 and graduated in May of 2019 with her Master’s in Science of Nursing with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her nursing background includes 10 years of Critical Care and six years in Behavioral Health. She is currently the Director of Medical Services/ Director of Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner at The Ranch at Dove Tree where she has been for more than three years. As the director of medical services, she supervises nursing staff along with ensuring patient safety and excellent patient care. Keisha plans to remain at RDT as she has a passion for helping and advocating for those in recovery.
